That is saturated fat and unsatiated fat. Unsatiated fat or often we mention with fat acid of esensial is fat type suggested to be consumed at certain rate. Where unsatiated fat required by body for processing of vitamin which come into body. This Fat type earn us obtain with consuming seed of ijen, sunflower seed and avocado. All most expert of nutrition suggest to consume at the most 70-90g fat /day. Important to remember that, food and milky fatty beverage, flesh, sausage, cheese, butter, pregnant of very high fat and have to take a care in consuming it.
